1. Locate the booking list
From the Dashboard, you can either click Bookings and then head to your booking list, OR take a shortcut by going straight to the Bookings list button from the dashboard.
2. Find your bookings on the list
The booking list will show you all your bookings for the current day.
To view your bookings for the next seven days, drop down the little arrow on the left-hand side of the screen next to “Today” AND then press the green search button on the far right.
On the same page, you may also search through the different sections, i.e., customer names, email addresses, etc.
The “VIA” collum will show you where the customer booked from. This is great to track socials/ Google/ website traffic.
3. Edit your booking
To Edit a booking, press the View button next to the booking details.
After you click the View button, you may edit the booking if needed, by tapping “Select Action”. You may also add comments in the “Booking Comments” field.
4. Add bookings to the booking list
Add bookings by clicking +New Booking.
If your customer has been before, you can look up their name or email.
5. Accept/Decline bookings from your booking list
When a new booking comes through, it will appear on your booking list as “Pending” with an option to either accept or decline.
Important: If you don’t accept or decline a booking, it will expire when the reservation time gets closer.
If you are set up to accept bookings automatically, your booking will auto-accept in the list.
6. Export data to CSV
You can export customer names and email addresses onto a CSV file.
Ensure to enter the correct date range for the data you require from the drop-down arrow on the left (e.g. last 30 days will export data for the last month).
Click the grey “Export” button on the right-hand side of the screen.
