The Basics:
Bookings that have been accepted and have a table allocation will appear on your timeline. You can flick through your calendar to look at your daily bookings:
Seating your booking:
When your customer turns up for their booking Click on the booking and press seat now, it will change colour:
Add new bookings:
You can add new bookings/ phone bookings by clicking the “+New Booking” button. You will be given options of available tables to assign this booking to.
Join tables
If you want to split a booking over multiple tables, click the blue booking on the grid with the customer’s name on it,
Tap the Edit Booking button, and tick the Split booking over multiple bookings box. From there, you may choose which table you wish to split over. Press Save.
Extended your booking
You can extend your booking if the customers stay longer by dragging the end of the booking box out to the right.
