1. Locate your bookings
All unconfirmed bookings (request mode) will appear in the upper-left corner of the timeline and will be waiting to be confirmed and allocated.
Click on the booking and accept and allocate a table. All the confirmed bookings will now appear in the Timeline.
This next screen will appear:
Select your table and accept.
When the customer arrives, click on their booking and tap the “Seat now” button.
When you go back to the Timeline, you will note that the colour of the booking button has changed to green.
When the customer leaves, you may click on the booking and tap the “End Booking Now” button to free up the table.
