1. Auto Table allocation
The system automatically allocates a table based on availability and table size. Your bookings will fit in the grid as below when automatically accepted and allocated.
For example, if it’s a booking for two, the customer will automatically be allocated to a table of 2 or a table of 3. If it’s a booking for 4, the customer will be allocated a table for 4 or 5.
Once the table has been allocated, it will sit on the correct day /time on the floor plan grid.
2. Manually Join your tables
If the system can't locate an available table, The accepted booking will sit in the unallocated bookings. You will have to manually allocate by clicking on the booking, joining tables together to make it work, and then pressing Save.
It will then move onto the correct time/ table on the gride.
