Block your restaurant out for certain session times during your opening hours: 

If you are set up in a request mode, a common reason customers block out is if they are fully booked and you do not want customers to keep requesting, as you will have to decline.

1. Head to bookings and click on the block out tab.

2. Scroll down to “Date Blockouts for Sections/Tables” 

You can block out sections - you would do this if you need the whole restaurant blocked out (you would block all sections out). 

You can block out tables - useful for floor plans and timeline users.

The most common block-out is to select sections.

Select Add blockout

3. Select the section you want to blockout. Select ALL sections for full restaurant blockout. 

Select the time you want to block out. The arrows drop down to reveal more times. 

Select the date you want to block out (it can be the same day)

4. Press Save all settings at the top of the page.
