To accept orders on your Bump bar:

1. From your WOWAPPS dashboard, open your bump bar by clicking on “Bump Bar” button.

You can also open your Bump Bar from go to orders down the left side and tehn to "bump bar"

2. Rule 1: Click on the green bar that says “Activate Sounds”.

When activated, all orders will give you a noise notification when they come through, so, it is very important that it is activated as soon as you open your bump bar.

3. Rule 2: Do not make expiered orders. 

When an order comes through, it will be pending for 10 minutes. It will be making a lot of noise so you won't miss it!

If you have not responded, accepted or declined within this timeframe, it will automatically refund your customer. So do not make any expiered orders!

4. Click on the order anywhere on the green box (shown above) to accept it. On the next screen, press Accept.

5. After you have accepted the order, it will appear as Active in your Bump Bar. The green ticket shows the remaining time until the order is due for pick-up.

6. Then you can let the customer know if the order is ready and mark the order complete once it’s done.

7. It will be the same as above for deliveries if you have the service turned on. It's going to come through your bump bar dashboard and will be labelled as a delivery with a tracker on as well.
