So if a costumer puts in an order and you don't accept it, it will expire. This happens if you haven't accepted it within 10 minutes. 

You may miss your order if you do not hear the notification. 

Step 1: Keep your Screen open on the Bump Bar

You also want the sound to be activated to be sure you won't miss any orders.

Press the green banner which states "activate sounds"

Step 2:

Ensure persistent notifications are on.

Go to your Ipad setting> notifications > scroll down until you find the app "WOWAPPS Manager" > banner style (temporary) > please change it to "persistent"

Step 3: 

Go to iPad settings > display and Brightness > auto lock > never
