Step 1: Check your Legend

The Legend will show you what the table colors mean.

Your Leged is in the top right corner - the blue "i" button.

Step 2: Locate Your Daily Bookings

All your bookings accepted for today that have a table allocated will appear down your left side.

Step 3: Unconfirmed/Unallocated area

All your bookings that need accepting will sit on the top of your floor plan in the unconfirmed/unallocated area. They will need accepting and a table allocated.

Step 4: Confirm and Allocate

Click on the unconfirmed/unallocated booking. apop up will appear like the one bellow. Choose the table and accept.

Step 5: Joining tables

You can split the booking over two tables if needed. Ensure you tick the blue “split booking over multiple tables.”

Then, tick the tables you want to join. Then Accept

Step 6: What a live Floor Plan will look like

- Split bookings will look like this on your upcoming bookings:

Step 7: Start and End Booking

- You can seat now to show your customer has arrived for their reservation. The Table will then turn to green.

Click back onto your green table if your customer's booking has ended and press “end booking now”.

Step 8: Look ahead for availability

Locate the banner at the top of the floor plan with the date and time.

Click on the date calendar to look for a different day.

Click the drop-down menu next to 6 pm to change it to a different time.

Ensure you press change time to see this reflected.
