Step 1: Check your Legend
The Legend will show you what the table colors mean.
Step 2: Locate Your Daily Bookings
All your bookings accepted for today that have a table allocated will appear down your left side.
Step 3: Auto Table allocation
The system automatically allocates a table based on availability and table size. Your bookings will fit in the grid as below when automatically accepted and allocated.
For example, if it’s a booking for two, the customer will automatically be allocated to a table of 2 or a table of 3. If it’s a booking for 4, the customer will be allocated a table for 4 or 5.
Once the table has been allocated, it will sit on the correct day /time on the floor plan grid.
Step 4: Unconfirmed/Unallocated area
All your bookings have been automatically accepted but some may not have a table allocation. These specific bookings will sit on the top of your floor plan in the unconfirmed/unallocated area.
Step 4: Allocate
Click on the unallocated booking. Choose the table and save.
Step 5: Joining tables
You can split the booking over two tables if needed. Ensure you tick the blue “split booking over multiple tables.”
Then, tick the tables you want to join. Then Accept
Step 6: What a live Floor Plan will look like

Step 7: Start and End Booking
- You can seat now to show your customer has arrived for their reservation. The Table will then turn to green.
Click back onto your green table if your customer's booking has ended and press “end booking now”. See Green table
Step 8: Look ahead for availability
Locate the banner at the top of the floor plan with the date and time.
Click on the date calendar to look for a different day.
Click the drop-down menu next to 6 pm to change it to a different time.
Ensure you press change time to see this reflected.
