Block your restaurant out for certain session times during your opening hours: 

1. Head over to bookings:

2. Go to the tab availability:

It is underlined in the image below.

Adding your first blockout:

Ensure that availability is underlined.

WHEN:

If it is for a specific date, ensure you have selected a single day and choose your day by clicking on the date box.

3. If this is a full block out where you have 0 availability (closing early for example, or fully booked), then ensure you put “0” in available. 

4. Ensure you select the timeslots you want 0 availability. 

6. This blockout shows that on 05/12/2024, 0 people can book at 9:00 am and 9:15 am. Press Save 

For Recurring block outs, select recurring,

Select the the days you want the restaurant to be blocked out for.

Ensure time and availability are still filled in on the right. 

Blockouts for Sections: 

Let's say you have an outside section that needs blocking out due to bad weather:

1. Head to Bookings, then head to Availability. Ensure that you have selected sections.

Click the +Add button.

Click the section you want to block out. 

Select if it is a single day you want to block this out, or if it is the same day every week. 

Click on the arrows next to morning and day in the timeslot area. These will drop down with more times. Select the time you want to block out your section.
