Head over to bookings > Special Dates

1. Add your Special Date. This could be Mother's Day or Wine Night.

2. Make sure you fill out all infomation for your customers.

Add the event name/Title

Add the date: you can choose a single date or a reoccurring day every week. 

Add teh start and end time for your event.

Add Pricing if there is any

Add your description

Add your title image

3. Deposit - if you would like your customers to pay a deposit, ensure you turn this toggle on. Fill out the deposit amount. 

You will need to have your payment gateway connected. 

Pre Auth Toggle - you can turn this on if you would like to charge later if they do not show up for the event. 

4. Update.
