1 - To check this balance, go to your Lightspeed by Kounta POS and click the menu bar on the top left of the screen.

2 - Go to Add-Ons > Click on Gift Cards

3 - Click on WOWAPPS eGift Card

 4 - Once the pop-up appears, enter the Reference Number of the gift card that you want to check the balance of

5 - Now click on the "$" icon to view the balance

The screen would now display the balance remaining as follows
