For users who are using the WOWAPPS Bump Bar please read on. Those who are integrating with their POS, this is a little different and please see POS integration for this section.
When you accept an order in the bump bar, you will be asked to specify an approximate time for pick-up.
This time (remember that you have the option to select N/A) will be returned to the customer.
What we can do in the system's 'Setup' tab is specify a location where the circle
will always appear. You will save time by not dragging the circle up and down all the time.
For example, if you know most of your orders will take 20 minutes or more, set the circle to 20 minutes so when you go to accept the order, it will always begin at 20 minutes.
Editing the Estimated Pick-up Time
- From the 'Orders-Setup' rab
- Navigate to 'Estimated Times'.
- Then simply drag the dial to the time (eg 20) and select 'Save'.
Please note, you can still adjust every order should you need to at the time of accepting the order.
Estimated Response Times
For the best user experience, orders will expire if not acted upon - use this box here to adjust response time. We recommend no more than 10 minutes, but depending on your situation you may need this higher. Remember to 'Save'.
