Have the ability to send customers an option to confirm their booking before visiting your venue. You can nominate either an email or SMS depending on your settings.
Step 1
Go to theNotificationstab in the My Account area and switch on Customer Booking Notifications

Is to set the parameters of when the confirmation email/SMS/Push notification will be sent
When you want to send the email asking your customer to confirm, this is done in days.
Also ,the minimum time they can confirm before the booking. As soon as the time reaches 4 hours (for example) before, they can no long confirm.
Step 3
Scroll down to the bottom of the same page and activate the Customer To Confirm Booking email - "save"
Step 4
The 4th and Final step is optional and this is to also send (or) a confirmation text.
(Note to activate SMS Confirmations you must first have Connected a payment Gateway and have credit available)
- To turn on confirmation SMS, simply go to theSMS Tab
- Enable SMS
- Scroll down to SMS Booking Service
- And enable Send a SMS to customer requesting they confirm their booking (ON)
Once the above is active and in play you will then be able to see who has been sent a confirmation request and who has confirmed or not. Both from the Timeline and List mode.
From the List Mode, you will be able to see the status of each individual booking
- Confirmed Row = Blank - This means that the Confirmation notification has not been sent yet
- Confirmed Row = Confirmed - This means that the customer has received the confirmation email and has confirmed
- Confirmed Row = Requested - This means that the customer has been sent the confirmation email/sms but is still yet to confirm

Timeline Mode
Will show the exact information
- When no icon is next to the customer's name - This means that the Confirmation notification has not been sent yet
- When there is an "?" next to the customer's name - This means that the customer has been sent the confirmation email/sms but is still yet to confirm
- When there is a "Tick" next to the customer's name - This means that the customer has received the confirmation email and has confirmed.
