Please note that you will always receive email notifications (unless you turn them off). SMS needs to be enabled manually.
Step 1
Go to your profile.
Tap on Settings.
Under Settings, tap SMS.
Step 2
Toggle the Enable SMS Messaging on
Step 3
Tap the dropdown option.
Select your top-up amount.
Please note that each SMS costs $0.08.
Tap "Pay Now."
Tap "Top Up" to complete the payment.
Step 4
Identify the toggles you want to enable under Bookings.
Turn on the selected toggles.
Enabling the SMS notification toggles under bookings will activate specific functions for your bookings. Each toggle will trigger the following actions:
- Send an SMS to me when a new booking is received: You’ll get notified via SMS when a new booking is made.
- Send an SMS to me when a new booking is cancelled by the customer: You’ll be alerted via SMS if a customer cancels their booking.
- Send an SMS to the customer on automatically approved booking confirmation: The customer will receive an SMS when their booking is automatically approved.
- Send an SMS to the customer on manually approved booking confirmation: The customer will be notified via SMS when their booking is manually approved.
- Send an SMS to the customer on booking cancellations: The customer will be alerted via SMS if their booking is cancelled.
- Send a booking reminder SMS to the customer: The customer will receive an SMS reminder about their upcoming booking.
- Send an SMS to the customer requesting they confirm their booking: The customer will receive a message asking them to confirm their booking.
Step 5
Identify the toggles you want to enable under Orders.
Turn on the selected toggles.
Turning on the SMS notification toggles under Ordering will activate the following notifications for you:
- Send an SMS to the customer when the order is placed & confirmed: The customer will receive an SMS confirming their order has been successfully placed and confirmed.
- Send an SMS to the customer when their order is ready: The customer will be notified via SMS when their order is ready for pickup or delivery.
- Send an SMS to the customer when their order is declined: The customer will receive an SMS if their order is declined.
Step 6
To view your Top Up History
Go to the SMS send and Top Up History section.
Tap on "Load History"
Tap on "Top Ups" to view the history.
Tap on "Send History" to check the details.
