Head to Settings > Payments.

Connect to your chosen payment gateway.

Stripe and Square payments will charge a surcharge for using their services. 

You will need to be hooked up to a payment gateway for your delivery and Gift cards to be functional. 

You can cover the Stripe fee yourself, or you can add this small charge onto the customer; this is what most restaurants opt for.
