The Wallet is our new feature that gives you direct contact with your customers. It is very similar to a boarding pass.
Customers will get the option to add their confirmed booking to their wallet. Once they do this, you have direct contact with your customers.
Users can download Wallet passes to their devices for accepted bookings:
Ensure you have enabled wallet passes. If you need to add any terms for your bookings, please do so in the note area below.
Enable Push Notifications for Wallet Passes: When enabled, Users will receive push notifications with your provided text. Reminders one hour before booking and twenty-four hours before booking time, both customisable messages.
Near Me Notifications: When enabled, Users will receive a notification with your provided 'Near Me' text whenever they come around your business location.
