B - Wanting to know the process of setting up Doshii:
The biggest thing to note about the Doshii integration is that there is an additional cost involved. To find out more about Doshii's fees and services, click here.
If you're happy to proceed with the Doshii Integration, you need to log into WOWAPPS and fill out the contact form located in the 'POS' tab of the ordering section. See the video below if you're unsure where that is:
Once you have filled out the form, WOWAPPS will review the information and send it off to Doshii.
From there, Doshii will be in contact with you and your POS provider to start the integration. This process is usually handled for you, however Doshii may have 1-2 questions. Be sure to watch out for their emails and respond as quickly as you can. (This whole process usually takes less than a week).
Once the integration is complete, Doshii will inform WOWAPPS.
We will then be in contact to organise a time to start testing the connection. (If you're currently using WOWAPPS for your ordering, you will be given a test system so we can test without affecting your customers).
Once you're happy with the testing, you will be ready to go live. (If using WOWAPPS before connecting to Doshii, this process usually takes about 20 minutes).
It is worth mentioning that Doshii will take all items in your POS and input them to WOWAPPS. Should your Online Menu only consist of limited items, you can send a copy of your menu to Doshii and they will set the system up so WOWAPPS only inputs these items. However, this can be discussed in the testing phase.
C- Asking why should I connect to Doshii?
The best part of connecting with Doshii is having your POS do all the work - you basically stay in your POS the whole time. What this means is, as soon as you enter/adjust the pricing of an item in your POS it will automatically update in WOWAPPS.
Easier reporting - as all items sold will appear in your POS.
Less screens - no additional iPad is needed to run WOWAPPS on your website.
