Receiving the Taxi Order – Bump Bar - Non-POS Users

A taxi order will come into the bump bar just like any other order. The difference is:

 

A - You will only get the option to accept or decline the order.

 

Unlike where in the past you will have the option to set the delivery time. Remember, we covered this in the 'MUST READ -Taxi Booking Time - Order ASAP' Article 

 

B - You will get a Status update 

This one is really exciting and cool, the bump bar will not only give you a tracking link but will update based on where the taxi is.

Notice that the yellow rectangle changes in all three images…these are status updates and the bump bar will reflect these changes, based on where the taxi is…(click to expand image).

 

You will also get a tracking link should you want to track the taxi’s progress. There is also a booking reference number should something go wrong, or you need to change times. In the event of this, you will need to call 13cabs call centre on 132 227 and use the booking reference number. Additionally, you will also be emailed these details.
