WOWAPPS provides you with the ability to customise the 'Greeting' and 'Email Sign Off' that are included in the emails sent to customers.
The system's default greeting is as follows:
'Hi <Customer Name> '
and the default sign off is
We acknowledge this may not be suitable for all brands, so we provide you with the option to customise it. No matter what type of email is sent, you can customise the greeting and sign off to match your company's branding.
How to Start:
You need to navigate to 'My Account' > 'Notifications'.
1. Go to the 'My Account' section (top right) of the system.
2. Hit the 'Notification' tab.
3. Scroll down to the 'Email Personalisation' section.
By default, this section is left blank.
Editing the Greeting/Email Sign Off:
1 - Simply type your text into the text box provided. As you begin to type an example, you will notice how the edits will appear and how they will be applied. The name 'John' is only being used as a placeholder and will be replaced with the name of your customer.
2 - Once you have finished editing, make sure to 'Save' your work (top right).
Once you have saved your changes, they will be reflected in all future emails.
