Reduce no-shows by enabling 'Booking Confirmation Emails/Texts'.
How It Works:
Customers will begin to receive confirmation emails/texts once their booking is activated.
The status of the booking confirmation will also be displayed in the 'Timeline' and 'List' modes. Examples of this are provided below:

The confirmation status of a booking will be displayed in both the 'Timeline' and 'List' modes, as shown above.
In 'List' mode, you can see when the customer has been asked to confirm their booking, or when the customer has confirmed the booking (when the field is blank, it means the customer has not yet been asked to confirm).
This is represented in the 'Timeline' by the booking turning light green (confirmed) or blue with a '?' symbol (requested).
You can confirm a booking manually by viewing it and then marking the customer as confirmed.
