You can add a personal message to the customer Confirmation Emails in the same way you can add/edit your Booking Emails (see Customising Emails).
How to Set this Up:
(Please keep in mind you must have already set up your Booking Confirmation for this to work. Learn how to do this by clicking here)
- Select the Notifications tab from the Settings section (bottom left)
- Scroll down to Customise and click the Booking tab.
- Scroll down to Customer to Confirm Booking email and enable it.
- Once activated, you can change the Email Subject (optional) and add your content.
- Remember to Save and test your email after you have finished.
