You can add a personal message to the customer 'Confirmation Emails' in the same way you can add/edit your 'Booking Emails' (see 'Customising Emails').
How to Set this Up:
(Please keep in mind you must have already set up your 'Booking Confirmation' for this to work).
- Select the 'Notifications' tab from the 'My Account' section (top right).
- Scroll down to 'Customise' and click the 'Booking' tab.
- Scroll down to 'Customer to Confirm Booking' email and enable it.
- Once activated, you can change the 'Email Subject' (optional) and add your content.
- Remember to 'Save' and test your email after you have finished.
