This course will walk you through the process of syncing/connecting your Kounta POS system to your WOWAPPS system.
Get Started
1 - From the WOWAPPS portal click 'Orders' on the left side of the screen.
You will then be directed to the set-up page. Initially, you have a few options to consider - the options and their functions are listed below, but for the purposes of this tutorial, we only need to make sure 'Enable Orders' is turned on.
2 - Turn on by clicking the 'Enable Orders' switch.
3 - When finished, click 'Save'.
Additional Order Functionality
(The below functionality and more will be discussed in greater detail later in the set-up articles).

Enable Orders |
Turns the WOWAPPS system on and gives the ability to accept orders. |

Enable Widget in App |
Turns the WOWAPS ordering system on in your 'Mobile App'. To learn more about your app, please click here. |

Enable Tables |
Enables the 'Table Ordering' function. To learn more about 'Table Ordering', click here. |

Enable Pre-ordering |
Enables customers to order ahead for up to two weeks and within your menu times. To learn more click here. |

Enable Order Ready Notifications |
Enables the ability to notify customers their order is ready. This function is not supported by all POS connections. Please see the individual POS set-up for more info here. |

Enable Google Ordering |
Have customers order directly from Google and be found in more places. Find out more by clicking here. |
