As soon as you log into WOWAPPS, you will be directed to what we call your Dashboard.
Main Navigation
The WOWAPPS system has two main navigation options. The top menu bar and the left-hand side menu. (Future lessons will refer to these menus from time to time as you progress through the courses and set up)
Left-Hand Side Menu
This is where the bulk of the setup options happens. Going from top to bottom:
| Dashboard | This is where you can see any immediate events such as your last booking or order. They're also quick links to navigate to other areas of the system and we will cover this in later videos. |
| Orders | Will take you to the Online Ordering and table ordering side of the system. Use this tab to start and edit all settings to do with your ordering. |
| Bookings | Will take you to the Online Booking/Reservations side of the system. Use this tab to start and edit all settings to do with your Bookings/Reservations. |
| eGift Cards | Will take you to the Online eGift Cards side of the system. Use this tab to start and edit all settings to do with your eGift Cards. |
| Rewards | Will set up the system rewards program. |
| Logo/Branding | Use this area to add/change your logo, edit your venue name and choose your venue colours. |
| Pages | This is your primary tab to edit your core venue settings (such as contact details, Maps, Trading Hours) and edit your Mobile App. |
| App | This tab will assist you in publishing your app in your WOWAPPS Wallet |
| Shout Outs | The Shout Out tab is used to send Push Notifications to your fan base |
| Members | This is your Member Section. This area can be used to gather insights from your customer and also create Member Groups |
| Settings | Here you will be able to set up Payments (payment gateways), set up notifications (Thank you emails, booking confirmation emails, customize messages...) and set up the SMS feature |
Top Menu
| Support | This tab will take you to our knowledge base and WOWAPPS Support Centre |
| My Account | The My Account section is where core settings are adjusted and where you can find your billing/subscription details, as well as your WOWAPPS invoices |
