To Begin
- Select the 'Tables' tab.
- To the right-hand side, select 'Add Table'.
- Enter the details of your new table.
You can name your table any which way you like and this name is what will be displayed to the customer and what will be sent to the kitchen. | |
Capacity: | The number of customers who can be sat at the table (Used for reporting later). |
Comment | (Optional) Any additional comments are seen only by yourself and your team (Non-customer facing). |
Remember to 'Save'
Once saved you can choose to continue adding additional tabled by repeating the above steps.
Handy to Know
Table names can be changed at any time without changing or modifying QR code links (learned later in this course).
You are free to have as many tables as you want. Don't limit yourself to what is available at your venue. For instance, if you serve small apartments or nearby businesses - you can create your own tables/QR codes that are specific to those businesses/rooms.
View It Like a Customer
After you have created your table, you can see how it will appear to the customer by clicking the 'Blue Order' button.
Please keep in mind this will launch the system in your web browser. So, if you want to see it on your phone, simply copy the link and open it from there.
