You can see and filter your bookings in your WOWAPPS portal by navigating to the ''List View'' directly from the Bump Bar. This will allow you to see and filter your bookings according to your preference.
You can also use this area to obtain contact information and export customer information to CSV.
Navigate to the List View:
1 - Log in to WOWAPPS.
2- From the Dashboard (the default tab), click the ‘'List’' button at the far right of the booking section. Otherwise, go to the left side panel, select Bookings and then click on the Booking List blue button on the right.
Filtering:
You have a lot of options for filtering your bookings. When you click on it, you will see all booking history for 'Today' by default. You can change the date by clicking the 'Date bar' (on the right) and filtering as needed.
Additional filtering options are available and can be accessed by selecting the desired tab.
Pending |
Based on the filtered date, it will display all pending bookings that require action.

Accepted |
All bookings that have been accepted based on the filtered date are displayed.
|
Declined |
All bookings have been declined based on the filtered date.
|
Expired |
All bookings that have been expired based on the filtered date.
|
Payment Failed |
All bookings that have attempted to pay a deposit but payment failed, based on the filtered date. |
If the ''Booking Confirmation'' settings have been enabled, the filter options listed below will be available (click here to learn more). |

Requested |
All bookings that have been sent a booking confirmation notification but not yet confirmed based on the filtered date. |
Not Confirmed |
All bookings that have not yet confirmed their reservation for a particular date. |
Confirmed |
All bookings that have confirmed their attendance, based on the filtered date.

Additional Options
You can also use the ‘'List View'' to make new bookings and find out more information (such as where your customers booked from).
