Step 9 - Stopping the System Going Back to Request Mode

In the previous lesson, we demonstrated the distinction between Request Mode and Instant Availability. You may not want the system to return to Request Mode, so we will show you how to prevent this.

 

Revert Back to the Request Mode (On/Off)

If we head back over to the Intervals tab (Screen_Shot_2022-02-09_at_10.35.38_am.png) you will remember seeing an option to ask the system to revert back to Request Mode or not.

Leaving this option ON (green) will let us take booking requests for times that we have no Instant Availability.

Where if we were to turn this option off:

...we would only see times that we have set Instant Availability for.
