By navigating to the ‘List View’ in your WOWAPPS portal, you will be able to see and filter your bookings to your preference.You can also use this area to obtain contact information and export customer information to CSV.
Navigate to the ‘List View’:
1 - Log into WOWAPPS.
2 - From the Dashboard (the default tab), click the ‘List’ button at the far right of the booking section. Otherwise, go to the left side panel and click the blue booking list button.
You have a lot of options for filtering your bookings. When you click on it, you will see all booking history for 'Today' by default. You can change the date by clicking the 'Date Bar' (on the right) and filtering as needed.
Additional filtering options are available and can be accessed by selecting the desired tab.
|Pending||Will show all bookings that are pending and require action based on the filtered date.|
|Accepted||All bookings that have been accepted based on the filtered date.|
|Declined||All bookings that have been declined based on the filtered date.|
|Expired||All bookings that have expired based on the filtered date.|
|Payment Failed||All bookings that have attempted to pay a deposit but payment failed, based on the filtered date.|
|The below filter options apply when ‘Booking Confirmation’ settings have been activated (click here to learn more).|
|Requested||All bookings that have been sent a booking confirmation notification but not yet confirmed based on the filtered date.|
|Not Confirmed||All bookings that have not been confirmed based on the filtered date.|
|Confirmed||All bookings that have confirmed their attendance, based on the filtered date.|
You can also use the ‘List View’ to make new bookings and find out more information (such as where your customers booked from). More information on this can be found by visiting the additional booking options
