AVERAGE SPEND AMOUNT is used to determine customers' lifetime values which becomes relevant in reporting and is relevant in finding out additional information about your customers when you get to the more analytical side of the system.
Here's how to get to the Average Spent Amount.
Step 1: Navigate to the Setups page, which is accessible via the Bookings tab.
Step 2: Scroll down to find the "Average Spent Amount" and put in the total amount
Step 3: Click Save
Step 4: Go over to the member's section and you can view your "Average Spent Amount" under the CLV column.
