The Announcement text is used to provide customers with additional information before they make a booking.
Some examples of using the announcement text feature could be
- Letting customers know that if your bookings is bigger than >X to call direct
- The allocated time for a booking
- Current opening hours
- Basically, anything you like, the choice is yours
This is how you can go about it:
Step 1: Go to the Setups page, which can be found under the Bookings tab.
Step 2: Locate the "Announcement Text" field by scrolling down.
Step 3: Fill in the blanks with your message in the message box provided.
Step 4: If you want to change the fonts, select the letter A icon to see if there are any other options available.
Step 5: Do not forget to save your work at the end of each session.
Step 6: Using the Previews and Links Tab, you can double-check your work by opening the preview area and viewing your personalised message there.
