We use requirements to gather additional information about our customers.
This is extremely useful if you want to customise your customers' dining experience. For example, you might want to know if the customer requires a high chair for their children, if it is for a special occasion, or if there are any meal requirements. This is the way to go about it:
Step 1: Navigate to the Bookings tab and proceed to the Requirements page.
Step 2: When you click +Add Requirement, a pop-up window will appear.
Step 3: Fill in the blanks with the necessary information.
Step 4: Fill in the heading or title of your aforementioned requirement.
Step 5: Include the question that will supplement the data required to make the necessary changes.
Step 6: Provide multiple answers to your question.
Step 7: You can indicate if the customer can select more than one answer by putting it in the Max amount of selections allowed field.
Step 8: If you want to urge your customers to answer your question, turn on the mandatory question toggle.
