Throughout the delivery process, Doordash will notify WOWAPPS and in turn you (the restaurant owner) about the driver's location.
There arere 4 kinds of statuses that can be received:
| Delivery Confirmed | This is when the delivery has been confirmed by the driver and can happen all the way up to 3 minutes before the estimated pick-up time |
| Driver Arrived at Pickup | When the driver has reached the restaurant |
| Delivery Picked Up | When the driver has picked up the order and is on his/her way to the customer |
| Dasher Arrived at Dropoff | When the order has successfully been dropped off at the customer's house/location |
Depending if you're using the WOWAPPS Bump-Bar or an integrated POS system, the way you will see these statuses will be different.
