WOWAPPS and its POS partners give you a number of ways to set up your online ordering. Depending on what you choose, there will be a unique setup for each selection. To find more information about how to sync your Square POS with WOWWAPPS, please click here.
Here we explain how you will receive your orders through your Square POS, and how the different statuses will be displayed, so you can have a detailed idea of where your orders are.
As shown in the following screenshot, every time a customer orders, it will pop up in your Square POS as 'New Order' at the bottom of your screen.
Once you click on it, you will be redirected to the orders menu. Here is where you can see all your orders, organized on the left by the order status. For example, in the following screenshot, we have selected ''Active'' orders on the left menu. These orders come up on the big screen, and we can she their specific status on the right side.
As you can see in the screenshot below, this additional information includes the customer's delivery address, the driver's tracking number, the items that have been ordered, their total price and the detailed order status (circled in red)
This status will be constantly updated, depending on where the order is located/where the driver is. For example, the next screenshots show you what the statuses would look like once the driver has arrived at the pick location (your restaurant) and once the driver is heading to drop-off location.
