WOWAPPS and its POS partners give you a number of ways to set up your online ordering. Depending on what you choose, there will be a unique setup for each selection. To find more information about how to sync your Kounta POS with WOWWAPPS, please click this link.
Here we explain how you will receive your orders through your Kounta by Lightspeed POS, and how the different statuses will be displayed, so you can have a detailed idea of where your orders are.
As shown in the following screenshot, every time a customer orders, it will come up as a new order on the top left menu.
Once you click on it, you will be able to see the items the customer has ordered, its price and the time when the driver will come to pick up the order. Beware of this: this is not the time when the order will be delivered to the customer, this is the time when the order will be picked up from the restaurant by the driver.
To find additional information about the order, like the customers' delivery address, the driver's tracking number and detailed order status, you have to click on notes on the top right corner (below circled in red)
These notes will be updated every time the order status changes, and you will also receive notifications on your Kounta POS. For example, the next screenshot shows you how the status would look like once the driver has arrived to the pick location.
