As discussed in the previous section, you have to now decide:

What is the average time it takes to prepare an order

What would be the average time for that order to get to the customer

Each question has a different dial and can be adjusted before your next order, however when an order comes into the system, it will come in based on the last saved settings. This means you can't change these dials settings after an order but can before the next order. 

To change the pick-up dial (The time you're telling the driver to turn up), please go to Orders > Setup > scroll down to Estimated Pick-Up Time.

To change the Delivery Dial (The ETA you tell the customer), please go to Orders > Delivery > scroll down to the Delivery Time.
