An additional feature of the WOWAPPS system is the ability to allow customers to order from the table using QR Codes on their phones.

Before You Start

Table ordering is available for all users, whether you're using the WOWAPPS bump bar or are connected via a POS.

If you want to set up table ordering, you must first create a menu and understand how to receive orders using WOWAPPS. Even if you do not want to enable 'Takeaway/Delivery', the setup process is the same. Ascertain that you have created a menu, activated payment gateways and understand how to accept orders.

Firstly, go to orders > tables > add Tables

Ensure you have filled all relevant information for your table.

Table name is what will show up in your Bump Bar/ POS

Put in how many can sit at the table.

Any additional comments are seen only by you and your team (Non-customer facing).

Press “Save”
