Overview

If your business will be closed on specific days such as Christmas or year-end parties, you need to add a Trading Blackout. This will block availability for orders and/or bookings during your selected dates.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Go to https://ca.wowapps.com/ and log in to your WOWAPPS account.
   

2. Navigate to "Settings".
   

3. Open the "Trading Blackout" tab.
   

4. Click "Add Blackout" to create a new entry.
   

5. Select Date Type

   Select Day - for 1 day off
   Select Range - for multiple days off

   
   

6. If It is a one-off date – select a single date
   

7. If it is a multiple days closed set your date range. Select the start and end dates for the blackout period.
   

8. Set Availability

   Choose how the blackout will apply:

   Select "All Trading" if you are fully closed 
   

   Select “Bookings” if you want to block booking services only.
   

   Select “Orders” if you want to block ordering services only.
   

9. Once done, Click "Save"
