Your Customer needs to download your app and create an account in the top right.

Once they have an account, they can add your venue by searching for it, then pressing "+add"

They will then need to create an account by going to "Log in" and "Create an account"

Once they have created an account, they become an active member of your app. 

You can then engage with them.

Simultaneously, they can order through your app and use your Loyalty rewards.
