You may need to take this further and dispute a payment that Uber have taken. This may occur if you have not been able to rectify the issue with Uber support at the time of the event. 

A common example: Your food has been delivered to the incorrect drop off. You have to remake it and get a new driver to deliver your order.

1. An account of what happened

2. Order number

3. What Uber support said while you were on the phone with them

It is important you do this as soon as possible.
