WOWAPPS supports Bluetooth printers for printing receipts directly from the Manager App. Follow the steps below to connect or remove a Bluetooth printer on your Android or iOS device.

📱 Step 1: Pair Your Printer with Your Device

Before using the WOWAPPS Manager App, you need to pair your printer with your device.

1. Open your device’s Bluetooth settings.
2. Power on your POS Bluetooth printer (e.g. TM-30i).
3. In the list of available devices, select your printer.
4. Once it says "Connected", you're ready to move on.
    

📲 Step 2: Connect the Printer in the Manager App

Open the WOWAPPS Manager App.

When prompted, allow permissions for:

• Location
• Nearby services
• Bluetooth

Tap on Bluetooth Printers (BETA).

Tap + Add Bluetooth Printer.

Wait for the list of available devices to load.

Tap your printer (e.g. TM-30i) to connect.

Your printer will now appear in the list – you're good to go!

❌ Step 3: Remove or Unpair a Printer

To disconnect or remove a printer from the Manager App:

1. Open the WOWAPPS Manager App.
2. Tap on Bluetooth Printers (BETA).
3. Find your connected printer and tap the red trash icon next to it.
4. A message will appear:
   “Please unpair Bluetooth in your device settings.”
5. Tap the Open button to go to your device settings.
   • Android: Tap the printer → Unpair
   • iOS: Tap the ⓘ icon next to the printer → Disconnect
6. Return to the Manager App and confirm the printer is removed from the list.
