What is Long Selling?

Long Selling allows you to accept larger bookings on smaller tables by combining multiple tables or planning to seat guests in a flexible layout.

For example:

• If you have a 2-seater table, normally you’d only accept 2 people.
• With Long Selling enabled, you can accept larger groups (like 4 or 6 people), and the system will try to combine multiple small tables or allow manual adjustments to accommodate them.

Why Use It?

• Increase booking capacity without needing to add more large tables.
• Improve table utilization during busy hours.
• Offer more flexibility for accommodating bigger parties.

Step 1:

Log in to your Manager’s App.

From the home screen, tap on “Bookings.”

Under the Bookings menu, tap on “Table/Sections.”

Inside the Table/Sections settings, tap on “Joining & Selling.”

Find the “Long Selling” option and toggle it ON.

Finally, tap “Save All Changes” to apply the settings.

Step 2:

Select the table you want to apply Long Selling to.
Note: Make sure to select the correct table —
Long Selling is only applicable to tables with 4 pax or fewer.

Tap on “Joining & Selling.”

Toggle ON the Long Selling option.

Set the Maximum Size (the largest group size allowed to book this table).

Tap “Save All Changes” to apply the settings.
