STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

Step 1: Click the ‘Campaign’ Tab then add Campaign

Step 2: Choose ‘Campaign Type’

  • Push Notification: Sends an alert directly to users who installed your app or have enabled notifications. (Gets immediate attention)
  • Email: Sends a full email message to your subscribers. (Best for longer messages)
  • Wallet Pass Push: Sends a notification to customers who have added your digital wallet pass.
  • SMS Campaign: Sends a text message directly to customer mobile numbers. (Reaches customers without internet)
    Note: Ensure you have sufficient load balance before sending the message.

Step 3: Enter ‘Campaign Name’ (Internal Use)


Use a clear and descriptive name to help you identify the campaign.

Examples:

  • “Weekend Promo Blast SMS”
  • “Holiday Email Newsletter”
  • “Push: Order Ready Notifications”

Step 4: Add the message content.


 

Step 5: Filter by Member Group (Optional) 

Filter by Member Group:
Lets you send your campaign to a specific group of customers, not everyone. Useful if you want to target certain people like VIPs or frequent customers.

Filter by Member Join Date:
Lets you send your campaign to customers based on when they joined. Helpful for targeting new members or long-time members.

Importance:

  • Avoids sending irrelevant messages
  • Helps focus on VIPs, new customers, or specific groups
  • Helps you send messages based on how new or old a customer is

Step 6: Enable ‘Send This Campaign’ (Optional)

Turn this option ON if you want to schedule the campaign for a future date and time. Once enabled, you can choose the exact month, day, year, and time when the message will automatically be sent.
