Upselling allows you to offer additional products or upgrades to your customers during the checkout process. This guide will walk you through setting up an upsell step by step.
STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
Step 1: Access the Upsell Section
Login to your WOWAPPS account at https://ca.wowapps.com/
From the main menu, go to Orders > Upsell.
Step 2: Create a New Upsell

Click “Add Upsell” to start creating a new upsell offer.

Give your upsell a name. Examples:
“Add a Dessert”
“Upgrade to Premium”

Choose a name that clearly explains what the upsell is.

Select the product categories for this upsell.

Tip: The category you choose determines where the upsell product will appear during the checkout process. For example, if you want the "Add a Dessert" to appear as an upsell for meals, select the Meals category.

Click Save.

After saving, a new field named “Products” will appear.

Step 3: Add Products to Your Upsell
Click the Products link below, or navigate to Orders > Products.
This is where you will link the actual products to your upsell.
2. Search for the product you want to add as an upsell (e.g., chocolate).
3. Click Edit, then go to the Upsell tab.
4. Select the upsell category you created earlier (e.g., “Add a Dessert”).
5. Save your changes.
