This guide explains how to update or remove existing offers in WOWAPPS. Editing allows you to update details like the title, description, or dates, while deleting removes an offer entirely. These tools help you manage promotions efficiently and keep your customers informed about current deals.
Editing an Offer
Access the Offers Section
Log in to your WOWAPPS dashboard.
From the menu bar, click Promote.
Select the Offers tab to see a list of your current offers.
Select the Offer to Edit
Find the offer you want to update.
Click the Edit icon (usually a pencil or similar icon) next to the offer.
Update Offer Details
Title: Change the name of your offer if needed.
Body Text: Update the description to reflect new details.
Terms & Conditions: Modify rules or restrictions if necessary.
Dates: Adjust the start and end dates for the offer.
Photo: Replace or upload a new image to represent the offer visually.
Save Changes
After making all necessary edits, click Update to update the offer.
The updated offer will immediately reflect in your promotions list.
Deleting an Offer
Access the Offers Section
Log in to your WOWAPPS dashboard.
From the menu bar, click Promote, then select Offers.
Select the Offer to Delete
Find the offer you wish to remove.
Click the Delete icon (usually a trash can icon) next to the offer.
Tip: If you’re unsure about removing an offer permanently, you can temporarily disable it instead. This keeps the offer in your dashboard but hides it from customers.
