Wallet Passes allow customers to save their confirmed bookings directly to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, similar to a boarding pass. Once saved, you can send notifications and stay connected with your customers.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Access the Wallet Settings
Log in to your WOWAPPS dashboard.
From the menu bar, click Promote.
Select Wallet.
Step 2: Enable Wallet Passes
Turn on Enable Wallet Passes on Bookings.
This allows customers to download a wallet pass once their booking is accepted.
Note: Wallet passes can only be downloaded for accepted bookings.
Step 3: Add Booking Notes or Terms (Optional)
Locate the Notes section in the Wallet settings.
Enter any booking terms, reminders, or special instructions.
Example: Please arrive 10 minutes early.
Save your changes.
These notes will appear on the customer’s wallet pass.
Step 4: Enable Loyalty Wallet Passes (Optional)
Toggle Enable Loyalty Wallet Passes.
Upload a custom image for your loyalty card if desired.
Save your settings.
Step 5: Enable Push Notifications (Optional)
Turn on Enable Push Notifications for Wallet Passes.
This allows you to send real-time updates to customers who installed your wallet pass.
Step 6: Enable Near Me Notifications (Optional)
Toggle Enable Near Me Notifications.
Customers will receive notifications when they are near your venue.
Step 7: Save and Test
Click Save to apply all settings.
Create a test booking and accept it.
Confirm that the Add to Wallet option appears for the customer.
What Customers Will Experience
After booking confirmation, customers see an option to Add to Wallet.
The wallet pass is saved on their phone.
They receive updates and notifications from your business.
