Set Up Your E-Gift Cards

Overview

This guide explains how to create and manage E-Gift Cards in WOWAPPS by setting them up as products. E-Gift Cards allow your customers to purchase prepaid values that can be used in your restaurant. Each gift card value is created as a separate product.

Step-by-Step Guide

Log in to your WOWAPPS account at: https://ca.wowapps.com/
In the left menu, click "Gift Cards".
Select "Products".
Click "Add Product".
Create a product that will represent a gift card value. Enter your E-Gift Card title.
Set the price. You can create multiple gift card products with different denominations, such as: $50, $100, $150, $400
Enter Short Description
Set the validity period.
Enable “Currently Available for Purchase” if the gift card is being offered now.
Enable “Unlimited Quantity” if there is no purchase limit.
If the quantity is limited, disable this option and enter the numeric limit.
Add a photo (optional): Including an image can help make the gift card more appealing.
Once done, click "Save"
After creating your products, you can view all your gift card items in the "Products" tab. From here, you can manage and update your gift card offerings as needed.
