Overview

Customers prepay for E-Gift Cards through your connected payment gateway (Stripe or Square). You can redeem these cards partially or fully at the point of sale.

This guide explains how to redeem an E-Gift Card when a customer wants to use it to pay for products or services.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Access the Redeem Section

1. Log in to your WOWAPPS account at: https://ca.wowapps.com/
   

2. In the left menu, click "Gift Cards".
   

3. Select "List & Redeem".
   

4. Locate and click the Redeem button next to the card.
   

Step 2: Redeem the Gift Card

1. Tap the Redeem button to start.

2. Enter the amount the customer wants to use.

   • Partial redemptions are allowed if the customer doesn’t want to use the full value.
     

3. Click Submit to complete the redemption.
   

4. The remaining balance will stay on the gift card for future use.
   

5. When the gift card has expired, a message will appear: "E-Gift Card has been expired".
   

Important Notes

• Customers have already prepaid for the gift card through your Stripe or Square account.

• Partial redemptions are allowed, so the remaining balance can be redeemed later.
