The Ordering Module allows you to manage how customers place orders through your WOWAPPS platform. It supports two (2) types of ordering:

• Online Ordering – for pickup or pre-orders via app, website widget, or Google Ordering
• Table Ordering – for dine-in customers ordering directly from their table

All ordering-related settings can be found under the Orders Module.

Setup Tab (Order Settings)

The Setup Tab is where you configure and control how orders work. You can enable or disable specific order channels and behaviours.

Enable Orders

Toggle this ON to start accepting orders.

⚠️ Important: Turning off the WOWAPPS Widget will NOT turn off Google Ordering. To stop Google orders for the day, you must add a blockout in Google Ordering.

Order Channel Toggles

You can enable or disable the following options:

• Enable Orders in App – Allows customers to place orders using the mobile app
• Enable Table Ordering – Enables table-side ordering for dine-in customers
• Enable Pre-Ordering – Allows customers to place advance orders
• Enable Order Ready Notifications – Sends notifications when orders are ready
• Enable Google Ordering – Accept orders coming from Google
  Note: Toggling Google Ordering ON/OFF may take 12–24 hours to take effect.
