What is Estimated Pick-Up Time? 

This setting defines how long (in minutes) a customer should wait before coming to pick up their order after it has been placed.

What is Response Time? 

This setting controls how long the system waits for you to respond to or accept an order. If the order is not accepted within this time, it will expire automatically.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log in to your WOWAPPS account at https://ca.wowapps.com/
   

2. From the main menu, click "Orders"
   

3. Scroll down to the "Response Times" section. You'll see "Estimated Pick Up Time". 

   This is where you set the number of minutes a customer should wait before picking up their order.

   

4. Below, you’ll find the "Estimated Response Time". 

   This is where you control how many minutes the system will wait for you to respond to or accept an order. If the order is not accepted within the set time, it will automatically expire.
   

5. Enable the Show Pickup Time to Customer (Optional)

   When enabled, the estimated pickup time will be displayed to customers during checkout.
   

6. Once everything is set. Click "Save All Changes".
