The Order Throttling & Limitations feature helps control the volume of orders your business receives within a specific time period. This is especially useful during peak hours when your kitchen or staff capacity is limited.

Step-By-Step Guide

1. Go to https://ca.wowapps.com/ and login your WOWAPPS account.
   

2. From the main menu, click Orders
   

3. In the Setup tab. Scroll down to the Order Throttling / Limitations section.
   

4. Enable Order Limitation
   

   When enabled, this setting places a cap on the total number of orders allowed per 15-minute timeslot.
   Once the limit is reached, no additional orders will be accepted for that time slot.
   Customers will be prompted to choose another available time instead.

5. Once done, "Save All Settings".
   

Why use Order Limitation:

• Prevents kitchen overload
• Maintains food quality and service speed
• Reduces delays and order errors

Example:

• If you set a limit of 10 orders per 15 minutes, the system will stop accepting new orders once 10 orders are reached within that timeframe.
